Welcome to The Charmer at Glen Iris! This historic and well preserved home is located in the heart of the Glen Iris neighborhood in the Magic City. You and yours can enjoy a stroll in Glen Iris Park, visit and explore all that UAB has to offer, or enjoy a quick drive to downtown. While you are here, we definitely recommend checking out Saw’s BBQ! The full package is complete with a place to call home, all the amenities, and more. The best part? It is without the hotel price or generic feel.

The Space:
Dog Friendly~

Soak up all the southern charm while enjoying your favorite beverage in our rocking chairs on the lovely front porch of this 5 bedroom, 2 bath dream. Cozy up with a good book in one of the reading nooks. Cook a delicious meal in our fully furnished kitchen. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, a large smart TV and additional seating. You'll also find a sitting room with a futon, fireplace, & a formal dining room with seating for 8! There is a full bathroom with shower/tub downstairs.

The master features a king bed, fireplace, and built-in window seat. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. and there are two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. The 4th bedroom has one queen bed. Upstairs you will also find 2 half baths. You'll find a loft-style twin bed and a full bed in the 5th bedroom. There are one full bathrooms upstairs.

This is a child friendly home, we have pack n play, high chair and baby gate.

The fenced-in backyard has a table and chairs, making it a perfect space to enjoy al-fresco dining.

The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.

Glen Iris is a historical neighborhood in Birmingham's Southside. The homes center Glen Iris park which contains trails and green space for residents and guests to enjoy alike. Get lost in nature here.

Getting Around:
Birmingham is a driver friendly city! We recommend bringing a car. Don't have one? Ride share and cabs are readily available for use!

Other Things to Note:
Upon booking we collect a $300 refundable security deposit - if there are no damages, it will be refunded 24 hours after check out.
We are now pet friendly! Bring your dog along for the trip! Crate provided as we require your furry friend to be crated when left home alone. Limit one dog only, no cats or other animals. Please note that we collect $75 pet fees per stay.
