Welcome to your Wilmington Island getaway! This is the lower B unit condo of a two unit home and a deck by the pool. With an updated and fully stocked kitchen, an inviting living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a laundry room, this house is the perfect place for families and friends to gather! Enjoy the pool and extensive decking for unwinding or family fun! We are pet friendly with a fee. The historic district of downtown Savannah is a quick 10 min drive away. We look forward to hosting you!

The Space:

Welcome to our inviting retreat! Step inside and be greeted by the seamless open floor plan, encompassing the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops, ensuring that you have everything you need for a delightful culinary experience.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious eat-in dining room features a large table with benches on both sides and chairs on each end, comfortably seating 6-8 guests. A glass door off the dining area provides convenient access to the outside, connecting you with the refreshing ambiance of the surrounding environment.

The living room offers ample seating options, including queen-size sleeper sofas, perfect for relaxation. Unwind and enjoy your favorite shows on the 50" flat screen TV equipped with Roku.

As you explore the home, you'll discover two inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a designated work space, ensuring both comfort and productivity. The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two sets of bunk beds, making it an ideal haven for the little ones.

A full bathroom with a shower completes the layout, providing convenience and functionality.

Outside, our backyard invites you to soak up the sun and enjoy the serene atmosphere by the pool. Please note the pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is not heated.

If you're a nature enthusiast, a short 10.6-mile drive will take you to Tybee Island, where you can bask in the sun, feel the sand beneath your feet, and experience seaside bliss. While you're here, make sure to visit the enchanting Bonaventure Cemetery, just 7.4 miles away, renowned for its captivating beauty, rich history, and majestic trees adorned with Spanish moss.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital code. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the entire home. B guests have space for two cars, one in garage, and one in driveway, street parking is very limited, so please only bring two vehicles.

Getting Around:
This is a residential area, so driving is recommended. Uber and Lyft are available as well. Condo guests have space for two cars, one in garage, and one in driveway, street parking is very limited, so please only bring two vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

As our valued guests, we want you to know that parking is limited. The shared driveway provides parking for one car from Unit A and one car from Unit B. Please note: street parking is limited! We kindly request that you plan accordingly and do not bring more than two cars.

The backyard and pool is a shared space with any guests staying in the other unit. The pool is not heated, and is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We do allow pets for a $50 per pet fee required. NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING. Signed rental agreement required.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

False advertising
The pictures in the place are staged! The pictures make it seem as if you are renting the entire house. When I arrived at the property I realized I was only renting out someone’s basement and I had to share the backyard With another tenant that was renting the upstairs unit. There was cockroaches in the bathroom I have pictures. Majority of the things were broken. The backyard patio furniture was unusable. Once you set your button the seat you would fall through the bottom both of my children fell out of the chairs and scraped their knees because they were bar stool style chairs. In the dryer in the bathroom is broken. The advertisement says that you have working washers and dryer’s. One of the sleeper sofas did not pull out to be a bed it was broken as well as The garage door did not go up and I had to park outside instead of inside the garage. There were four bunkbeds and one of the rooms and every single one of the beds were broken. My daughter was on the top of the bunkbeds when I realize the railing was not connected on the beds It is highly dangerous to put a child in a bunkbed with no side railing connected
