About this property

Summary:
Queen Bed in a large room with a private television in your room. The shared bathroom has a huge luxurious shower and your room has private hooks so that personal bathroom items can be stored in your room for privacy. There is a relaxing Family Room w/ a TV, cable and a beautiful kitchen for your use as well.

There are two other rooms in the basement apartment as well, so if you meet another quests - say hello as our guests are always great! Wait until you see our mountain views!!

The Space:
The kitchen comes stocked with the basics for your convenience, salt and pepper, sugar, flour, coffee, butter and oatmeal. Feel free to sit in our back yard and enjoy the mountain views as well.

Your room will have a TV in it with a roku box for use of your own streaming accounts if wanted.

The Neighborhood:
We live on a quiet street in a family neighborhood. It is peaceful and quiet which we love but we have easy access to I15, shopping restaurants and activities.

Getting Around:
We do have the UTA bus that has a stop within walking distance from our home.

Other Things to Note:
We live in the home upstairs from the Airbnb apartment. If you need us we are not far.
