This A-frame cabin in the woods is the perfect place to bring the family for some relaxation and fun. Sitting on 2.3 acres, the forested property is surrounded by serenity and the sounds of nature. Rejuvenate in the bubbling hot tub anytime. Enjoy a CARC Membership with access to a pool, hot tubs, and gym area.

Create your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Challenge your friends or family to a game of foosball, pool, or darts in the game room, or relax on the cozy sofa to watch all your favorite shows on one of the home's eight smart TVs. The oversized deck is perfect for sitting with a good book or drinking your morning cup of joe. A gas heater is available for those chilly outdoor gatherings around the picnic table.

Spend the day at Wisp Resort, six and a half miles away. Other nearby attractions include Deep Creek State Park (6.5 miles) and Western Trails horseback Riding (2.6 miles). There are both summer and winter activities for a full day of fun. In the evenings, gather around the firepit with your beverage of choice and cook up some s'mores. After a day of adventure, retire to one of the five cozy bedrooms for a good night's sleep. Kid-friendly extras include a toddler bed, Pack 'n Play, children's books, games, and other safety items. Hair dryers, folding chairs, and a second refrigerator are also provided.

This is a residential community - no parties are allowed at this property, including bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
