Welcome to The Oasis in Seminole! This charming 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, newly renovated vacation home is lacking nothing to provide you with an unforgettable getaway! Only a short drive to the Gulf’s incredible white sand beaches of Clearwater and St. Pete–this house is central to everything you came to the area looking for. Although the interior holds its own charm, it is the exterior that genuinely entices you to select this residence for an authentic Florida oasis experience.
We charge $35.00 per day (tax incl.) for pool heating. Please note that the ongoing pool temperature is subject to weather conditions, as they play a significant role in determining if the heat reaches its maximum limit.
Pets are allowed (2 pets maximum) for a one time charge of $150.00.
Please keep in mind - This is a smoking free property.

*Outside contractors clean and maintain our pool and landscaping. Authorized personnel will use the gate to enter the backyard and carry out their tasks, so don't be alarmed to see people at work during your stay. Due to the nature of their work, we are unable to predict the precise date and time of their arrival. We appreciate your understanding and patience in advance.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, 55” Smart TV, and a spacious walk-in closet. Guest Bedroom #1 includes a king bed, ample closet space, and a 55” smart TV. Guest Bedroom #2 offers two twin beds and a walk-in closet. Both guest rooms share a second full bathroom with dual sinks, a tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The laundry room is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.

Upon entry, you are welcomed by an inviting seating area that seamlessly flows into the main living space and kitchen. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and all utensils you’ll need to prepare delicious meals. The dining area has seating for 8 people, with a hideaway leaf that can be opened to accommodate 10 people. There is a large pantry in this area that houses small appliances as well as any beach gear you may need to enjoy a day at the beach.

The living room generously accommodates your entire group with ample seating. Immerse yourself in entertainment with the 55” Smart TV, where you can easily log in to access all your favorite streaming platforms. For added flexibility, the spacious Italian leather couch transforms into a queen sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space for 2 people when needed.

The cabana boasts an additional 55” Smart TV, a comfortable couch, and a Bluetooth speaker for your favorite programming or laid-back moments. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit and share stories for a perfect end to your day.
