If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Wonderful place to stay with your fur babies!

The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. For you dog owners there is a small fenced in area (no grass…small rocks and plants) several sizes of dog kennels in garage and even a pet stroller. House was very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Excellent except for check in process

The property was wonderful, and everything we expected from the listing. I was in town on a business trip with my employee, and we needed a comfortable place to stay with my service dog where we could each have our own private bedrooms, prepare our own meals and have peace and quiet in the evenings after long days working in the field in nearby locations. This house checked off all the boxes and was very clean and well stocked with everything one would need. The only issue is that we got in late in the evening after a long days drive and the key code didn't work, We spent a long time on hold waiting for someone to answer, standing outside the door hungry, tired and in need of a restroom. When they did finally answer it took a few more minutes to troubleshoot the problem, which turned out to be the wrong key code, but we finally got in. Otherwise I would have rated this lovely home a 5, rather than a 4. My advice to others is to plan to arrive during business hours!

Great Getaway

We loved our stay. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked. Our children loved all of the games. We had a great time.

Good, but...

The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. For being a new house, the floor was extremely uneven and made me uneasy to walk on. My mother who was with us (in her 60s) was scared of falling. The floor boards "pop" as you walk on them. We rolled up several rugs because they would not lay flat and I was trying to make that floor a little easier to walk on. Several of the doors did not latch (bathrooms) or were extremely squeaky. Many of the home hardware was loose. (Toilet paper holders. Hanging racks in the closets, etc.). The next door home was another vacation rental. Loud parties until all hours of the morning. People so drunk they were peeing on the fence, and not properly dressed, so my young daughters couldn't step into the back patio. The sound traveled so loudly into the home from the neighboring property even with all the windows and doors closed. It's in a great location for our exploring. The beds were very comfortable, as were the couches. It was a pleasant place others than the floors and neighbors.
