About this property

Something for everyone! Gourmet kitchen, dining area, a large terrace with private plunge pool, lots of TV’s and high end furnishings. Up to 10 people and 2 children can enjoy golf at 3 courses, tennis, beaches, 16 pools, 49 great bars & restaurants, and miles of walkways -- some a short shuttle & gondola ride away to the major resort area. A top 20 resort in Mexico. If you're visiting for the PGA Open, this is what you want for everyone to have fun enjoying the facilities and exploring the area. Many member privileges included!

The three bedroom Estates is really like two separate apartments! The 2 bedroom side has 3 beds, and pull-out couches for 2 or 3, the 1 bedroom side has 1 bed and 2 couches. Both units have gourmet kitchens, plenty of equipment and utensils. The refrigerator/freezer in the 2 bedroom unit is a large full-sized unit. There is also a dishwasher and a wine cooler in addition to a cooktop and oven. The kitchen in the 1 bedroom has 2 smaller refrigerators, microwave, cooktop, and oven. Both kitchens have a coffee pot, blender, etc.

Treat the staff with courtesy. Your butler is there to help make reservations, appointments, reserve shuttles, etc. Treat him/her well.

It's amazing what a $2 bill will do as an appreciation for assistance by staff!

Your owners, David and Emma Gebo, are retired professionals whose goal is to travel as much as possible as long as they are both physically and mentally capable! We're going strong and just enjoyed a week in the 2 bedroom unit in January! The service by the entire staff and the butler was incredible. We enjoyed the golf, shuttles, gondola, walking, Estates pools and always the food and beverage.

Why they chose this property

Why worry about renting or paying for transportation when everything is available o the property. The Greg Norman course is accessed very easily from the Estates buildings. A short shuttle ride to the Estates Golf Clubhouse and Driving Range gets you going. The caddies are excellent -- we enjoyed Juan Luis for 2 rounds of golf! Everyone in your party will find something to keep them interested, entertained, and fit! By the way, the exercise facilities available while staying in the Estates are outstanding! Brand new equipment that we had never used before, but fully enjoyed! Spa facilities are incredible.

What makes this property unique

We always carry with us a travel kit complete with ziplock bags in several sizes, the spices that we enjoy and use, and 3 knives that do not have serrated edges. The Mercado has a nice assortment of foods, beverages, pastries, cereals, yogurts, juices, pre-made foods, etc. When our children were there 2 years ago a couple of them made a trip to Mega or Walmart and purchased food items because they chose to cook in their unit the majority of the time. While we were there in January we ate more than half of our breakfasts in the unit, ate lunch near one of the pools, and chose from the outstanding locations available for dinners.

Devise a plan that will work for your group and enjoy all that Vidanta Nuevo has to offer. By the way, the Estates units are in the State of Jalisco, and the major part of the resort is across the river in the State of Nayarit! The map arrow simply shows the entrance and exit to the property and does not show where the Estates units are -- go south across the river to get an idea!
