This 5th Floor condo was completely updated in the summer of 2017. Condo was completely renovated with all new furniture. This 1 Bedroom, 1 full bathroom, 900 Sqft Condo is located on Marco Island, FL directly across the street from the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort, Golf Club & Spa . There is Beach Access directly across the street from the condo, which is rare on Marco Island. This unit is located on the 5th Floor with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets are breathtaking!! The condo is fully equipped and consists of 1 bedroom(King Bed) with Cable TV(1 TV in Family Room and 1 in Bedroom), 1 pull out couch queen bed, 1 full bathroom with kitchen(both updated with Granite countertops), dining and living room areas. The condo can accommodate a maximum of (4) people. Free Wireless Internet is also available. The ground floor area of the condo facility includes a tennis court/pickle ball court, swimming pool and BBQ Gas Grill. You are within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and movies. Perfect location on Marco

Very clean and convenient. Very nice public beach access is only a few steps away. Very well appointed condo. Would recommend to anyone.

This location was fantastic. The condo was clean, spacious, and updated. Jim was very helpful. He always responded to my questions throughout the year. Beach was right across the street. Pool was great too. Loved it!!!

Why they chose this property

We love Marco Island and have been vacationing here for years. The beaches are amazing, and the island has a tropical feel. We purchased this property because of the location to the public beach access directly across the street. The views from the condo are fantastic! You can see the Gulf from the living and dining areas and the channel from the front door. The building is very well maintained and convenient to shopping and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The JW Marriott is located diagonally across the street. It is convenient to enjoy the resort amenities while staying in our luxury condo at a fraction of the JW Marriott price. You can book spa treatments, watersports, and enjoy the bars/ restaurants at the resort.
