Plenty of room to relax and entertain, some of the best views of the Nashville skyline, and just a quick 10 min drive/Uber ride to lower Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Situated almost right in between Germantown and East Nashville, you are just a stones throw away from some of the best food Music City has to offer! If you are not a foodie but love activities, TopGolf is just a few blocks away.. This is a place for everyone!

Once booked you will receive a welcome email from the property manager, Seth. You will also receive information about things to do and places to go right before your stay. The day of, you will receive check-in/out instructions. At anytime, if there is a questions, you will have a direct communication with Seth via, phone, text or email, whichever is best for you!
The neighborhood is in a great area of Nashville with similar properties as well as some multi-million dollar homes, all of which have great views of the city skyline!
You will have access to free parking on the premises. Everything else is a short walk or Uber away!

Easy Nashville Access

Property was clean, well laid out and plenty of room for 3 couples. Easy Uber ride into Broadway, 12South and Parthenon/Centennial Park Area. There is nothing within walking distance, but Ubers were reasonable. Easy check in and check out.

Great location to Broadway

This rental was great for a family with kids 12 and under. We were close to everywhere we wanted to be and the property was very clean and comfortable!

Easy Uber to everything near Broadway!

Rented at the last minute and it’s perfect!! Great location to get to Broadway! 10 minutes in an Uber. Clean house and everything that you could need for a great weekend! We will be back

Long Weekend Family Trip in Nashville

The good things about the property and host(s) were that they provided suggestions of places to go to in Nashville to eat and drink via email. This was very much appreciated. The place in person matched the pictures in the listing and it was very nice. For some of my family, this was their first time staying in a Vrbo and they enjoyed it. The negatives were that the host did not include the exact unit number in the email or in any communication prior to our stay. Thus, when we arrived, we had to call the host to try to understand where exactly we were staying which was not ideal. On top of this, the host was not very responsive. The host did call us back an hour after our initial call and stated that we must be mistaken and that they included the unit number in an email to us, which was 100% no true. They were also not responsive at all via email or Vrbo app messaging prior to us arriving at the property when I asked if the check-in/check-out time could be adjusted. Another negative was that both of the two chairs that were on the 2nd floor balcony had massive holes in them, which made it unsafe for anyone to sit in. My thought was "why would anyone supply chairs in a Vrbo that you literally can't sit in?". The host would have been better off just not including the chairs at all in that case. The last negative item was being charged a cleaning fee, when the host required us to strip all of the beds and run the dishwasher prior to us checking out.
