The stay that didn't happen

Driving up to the stay from so cal ,we contacted the manager who refused to take our phone call. We wanted to get the access code for entry into the premises. We called several times and finally got a text stating that the place was double booked SORRY But contact VRBO for help. WOW!!! We had 9 people including 3 children. Where were we going to stay. CAN YOU IMAGINE the SORRY response from the manager. Oh wait - we had sent the full payment a month ago so he knew that he had received 2 payments. And Sorry This is fraud RIGHT Needless to say, never stay at this place and never do business with this manager

Veteran's Day Weekend

House has plenty of room and located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to Berkeley and SF. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms seem newly remodeled. There are stairs to get into the home, a few to get to the master bedroom and several to get to the 4th bedroom in the basement. Kitchen was well equipped with Nespresso maker, plates, utensils, etc. Intranet was not working due to a missing power cord for the router. Property manager did respond to questions about the router but it wasn't resolved while we were there. Communication about check in and check out was also limited. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
