Great location but needs work

The beach house is in an excellent location. We enjoyed the screen porch that spans the entire front of the house. Good thing too as their is no AC and the windows are rusted/corroded shut. The house and porch do have working ceiling fans. It was pretty hot during our stay and the prevailing breeze comes from the rear of the house where the windows are located. We also did not have a working washing machine for our family of six. The property manager tried to set up a repair person but the owner of the house wanted her own repair person to come out. That never happened during the two weeks we were there even after numerous calls. There is a laundry mat not too far away but it wasn’t my idea of a fun vacation activity. The tile floors are cracked and broken. The house is in need of TLC , a deep cleaning and updating. There was only one bike in the garage but the tires were flat and the tire pump did not work. This property has a lot of potential being so close to the beach but it has been neglected.
