Authentic Mexican decor, non-smoking, 11th-floor one bedroom (king-size bed) decorated by well-known Puerto Vallarta artist, Ada, with breathtaking south-side ocean views of Los Arcos and Banderas Bay, and is the best beach in Puerto Vallarta.

Large children's wading pool. Beautifully manicured tropical grounds. Picnic, jogging, and barbecue area, 24 hour gated security. Excellent palapa restaurant on beach. Also, grocery store nearby on the bus route. Local boats for fishing. Sightseeing always at beach. The most successful turtle preserve in P.V. Perfect honeymoon atmosphere. Only three condos per floor. Very quiet, private, and exclusive private owner condominium.

Great winter break

The owner and family members provided us with a lot of useful information about to apartment and PV. The apartment is unique and perfect for a peaceful stay within a short distance to downtown. Highly recommend.

Charming Mexican Getaway

Clean and charming condo with amazing views, awesome location, and beautiful secure grounds. Finishes were original/dated which we loved but it may not be for everyone. Host Irene was lovely to speak with but because she is elderly now her ability to communicate via e-mail or text was limited. Her daughter Melanie was fantastic at filling in the gaps. Local friends and Playas Gelemas workers were also great at giving referrals and answering any questions we had once we got there. Hoping to return often! *Note that one of the big pools is "under construction" for the unforeseeable future. The other heated pool was beautiful and totally sufficient.

Not at all as advertised

This property is run down. The single-room air-conditioner does not work. And even if it did, the doors to the balcony do not close so any benefit would be lost. Electric appliances are ancient. Upon entering, sand on the floor was the first indication of poor housekeeping. Then, finding mildewed sheets on the bed along with a bloody bandaid stuck to the comforter completed the "ambiance". We immediately attempted to contact the owner who did not return our call until two days later - AFTER - we left! Beware!
