Excellent stay

There were so many great things about this rental - the home was immaculate, the neighborhood was quiet, the host was very attentive, and the location was close to several restaurants and shopping options. My family of 5 had a very comfortable stay in this beautiful home. We will definitely return the next time we are in town.

Family Reunion Trip

The property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. All basic amenities with extras in many aspects and the owner/property management was readily accessible. We would certainly consider this property for a future stay.

In town for business

The property is suitable for four guests . The home is well kept and Aimee is an excellent host. Our only concerns were the mattresses in the master bedroom and the bedroom with the small trundle day bed. Both were uncomfortable. The master bed: way too firm and the trundle day bed: too small and too firm for adults. However, everything was in working order and well maintained.

Race weekend at Shelby Farms

We had two athletes and three spectators stay in the house. Proximity to Shelby Farms was great. House, accommodations and amenities were as listed and perfect for our stay. Aimee was on the ball and called as we were at the front door trying to access the electric lock. So appreciative of her calling me. Should we return to another race or the area will definitively try to rebook

Dexter’s Place has its own unique beauty. It’s newly furnished and smells brand new. The kitchen is exceptionally nice, large, and equipped for dining and meal prep. The master bedroom and bath have all the essentials. The jetted tub and walk in closet are also a nice touch.
