Keep it simple at this cozy and centrally-located place. Your home away from home. This little home is 600 sq ft and sits on 2.77 acres and has plenty of grass area to enjoy outdoor activities. Easy access to I-27 with a short 18 minute drive to the airport and Texas Tech. Separate guesthouse gives you the privacy and comfort you need. The main house is in close proximity should a need arise. The Little Red Farmhouse is complete with a separate bedroom/bath, appliances, coffee, tea, wine, water, and snacks.

Nice little farmhouse

My son and took a trip to Colorado and stayed at the little red farmhouse one night on our way back. It was very nice and well stocked. I highly recommended it if you’re staying in the area.
