Great stay!

We loved the location of the property. We did not rent a car and we were able to walk to all restaurants. The poolside bar was so convenient and had great staff! Property managers were also very attentive to our needs.

Roach infestation

This place is in a great location. The agency was quick to respond to texts. However, the hotel itself was horrible! The listing is sleeps 6, you can fit 6 in there but not on the balcony. The balcony was literally a waste of space. Me & my husband had to either crawl over each other to get out or go back in or on stand up and move. Cleanliness = 0. Top of the fridge and side of fridge has likely never been cleaned. The balcony rails needs at least a wipe down. The parking = 0. Very small parking spaces with huge round pillars to dodge. The craziest parking I have ever had to navigate. Staff never spoke, not a good morning response, a nod, nothing. A wash rag marked Make-Up, which one would think it was there as a facial wash cloth. When I wet the cloth and squeezed out it was still full of someone else’s make-up!!! The biggest reason I could not rent again is the roaches! I understand it’s an older building but if the agency is part of a HOA that should be part of the agreement. Roaches EVERYWHERE! Beds, walls, bathtub, everywhere! If you’re looking for location only, this is your place. If you’re going for an overall calming vacation, this is not it. We kept stuff in the car to keep from bringing in the room & did not bring stuff into our home until shook out and straight to washer. For all of the do this and don’t do that or be charged extra … the cleaning team and bug man needs to step up! Not happy at all with the stay.

Vaca 2023

This place was perfect for me and my grandkids. It was just a few steps away from the beach, which we all loved and the room was roomy enough for all five of us. The only problem I had was the parking. It was a very tight fit for my suv. But I would recommend this place and would book again.
