About this property

This home is located in the Island Retreat condominiums, which is a quiet, gated community in an excellent location. We are just 2 miles from the beach and a mile and a half from the Pier Village. There are several shops & restaurants within walking distance from of the community gate with many more a short drive away. This 3BR/2BA ground floor condo was recently updated with new paint, fixtures and furnishings and it feels like home. New king bed in master suite, 1 queen in second bedroom and a new twin daybed with pull out twin trundle in sunroom to accommodate up to 6 people. The unit is nicely equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is situated in a quiet back corner of the community with an adjacent green space for gathering, games or grilling. The community’s amenities include a pool, tennis court, fitness center, & playground. This unit is strictly non-smoking. We do not offer cable/satellite tv but our televisions are all connected to the internet for streaming.

Great Condo

We had the best girls trip!!! Condo is very nice, great location, clean, and well stocked. Close to the beaches, and great location to historical sights as well.

Wonderful!

The unit was very clean and super well appointed. It Had everything you needed and more. The neighborhood was very pretty and quiet. Location was good, in the middle of everything.
