Vacasa does not manage the common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis, and unfortunately, the resort amenities are closed until further notice.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lake Travis Dreamscape turned Nightmare

Where to begin, my wife and I booked an impromptu trip with our infant daughter and selected this location. We were really excited as we were familiar with the Treehouses in the reserve. However, we were quickly met with one mishap after another. I'll keep this to bullet points: - A/C did not work - Local Property management informed us they were aware of A/C issues prior to our check-in -Sliding glass door malfunctioned and locked us outside the home while our baby was inside the home. Vecasa the property manager informed us there was not a back-up key on the premises, we had to call the fire department to forcibly pry the door open. Coincidentally, we were informed that there was in fact a key on the premises of the resort the next day by the local property manager who did not respond during the duration of our daughter being locked inside the home. - Upstairs toilet did not function - Living room TV did not work - Floors were filthy and had not been cleaned in weeks.
