You’re literally a walk or streetcar away from almost all major attractions in Kansas City. The North Loop Street Car station is just right outside the door. You'll also have access to the gym, amazing lounge areas, rock climbing wall, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, indoor soccer and so much more!

The Space:
This luxury apartment is in the perfect location for a weekend getaway or business trip. Situated in the heart of downtown Kansas City, right in between the neighborhood of Power and Light and Rivermarket. You are merely steps away from any bar, restaurant , or shopping center downtown. Not only is this property in the perfect location but it is also very luxurious with a beautiful view of the city. Wherever your travel plans may take you, I guarantee you this is the spot to call home while visiting Kansas City!

PARKING: WE OFFER FREE PARKING FOR 1 (ONE) CAR ONLY. This unit is located right at the heart of the downtown KC and there are several parking options available. Please be advise that you may have to pay for a parking spot if you are travelling with more than one car.

Perfect place
Tyler was very informative with details of the property, surrounding area, etc. The apartment itself was very clean, cozy and full of amazing amenities! My kid even commented on how nice the bed was after the first night. We loved the views of the city and the easy access to the streetcar! We hope to stay here again in the future!
