Little Bear Lodge

We urge all our guests to purchase the affordable insurance offered through Vrbo. This allows last minute cancels and ensures a refund should you not be able to make it due to unpredictable circumstances or weather conditions.

Little Bear Lodge is our cozy and quaint two bedroom condo home-away-from-home in the mountains of Mammoth Lakes. Centrally located in between Eagle Lodge and Canyon Lodge, you’ll find yourself in the heartbeat of a little snow town while enjoying peace and quiet under the stars.

The condo is located in Tyrolean Village, a 3-5 minute drive from both Canyon Lodge and Eagle Lodge. The complex is divided into several smaller properties, LBL being located away from the main street you drive in on and a short walk away from your parking space. There are two bedrooms downstairs, and a full bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Each bedroom is spacious with queen log bed and mattress, with a soft topper for comfortable sleep. Rooms also each have a dresser for your things, along with a large closet to store whatever you’d need. Washer and dryer are located downstairs for your use.
Upstairs you’ll find the second bathroom along with the open kitchen / dining / living area, and the balcony. The upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower. The coach upstairs in the living space has a pull out full sofa bed, also topped with soft mattress for comfortable sleep. The kitchen is well stocked with all essentials you will need to relax and enjoy home cooked meals. You’ll be provided with clean towels, linens, pillows and blankets with extras if needed. Two full bathrooms are supplied with necessities for you and guests to help yourselves to.
Parking for one car in unassigned spots just steps away from the unit is provided and a pass (located in the condo) is required. There's overflow parking for additional vehicles immediately behind the complex on Lake Mary Drive.
We have a coded smartlock that provides easy access. Detailed instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to checkin. Our property manager is close by to assist you during your stay, 24/7.
The living room has a large flat-screen TV, smart and Wi-Fi enabled. The wood burning stove will be a cozy feature when the weather gets cold.

Guests will have access to entire condo space! Please make yourself at home and take in the peace and quiet our condo has to offer. Enjoy a cup of coffee out on the patio in the morning while the sun comes in through the trees or make a fire and watch the snow fall outside surrounded by your loved ones. Our home is your staycation.

There are two owners closets guests will not have access to. There is also a patio off of the downstairs bedroom that we ask you not to use due to broken wood planks. We are in the process of remodeling and will have this patio ready for you soon! Please respect our want to keep you and our house guests safe.

Please note that you are in the middle of the mountains and there is only one internet service provider for the entire town. If you have any issues with wifi upon arrival or throughout your stay the best way to access the wifi is to restart the internet by turning router to off (located in entertainment console under upstairs tv) wait 10 seconds, and turn back to on. In addition to our no pet policy, we also have a strict 6 guest limit per our Tyrolean Village housing contract. We ask that you keep your guest count to no more than 6 guests in total. If you are found to have had more than 6 guests in the home you will be subject to an additional fee of $100 per additional guest per day of stay.

If you plan on using the wood burning fire place, we ask that you do not have a fire while the house is not occupied by a guest. We also ask that you make sure your fire is put out prior to leaving. Any fire left burning after guest has left will be subject to a $100 fine.
