Excellent winter family getaway.

The house is very nice, spacious, clean, and has everything you may need. There was a lot of snow and the heated floor was great. It got a little hot in the middle of the night. I am not sure if we could have put it down, but no biggie. We really appreciated allowing the use of the garage. I was able to clear the snow on the driveway and drive out. If the vehicle would have been out, it would have been a nightmare trying to remove snow from under and around the car. We had a really a good time, The communication with Jessie was great, and I received a message asking if we were all settled down. Thank you for that. Excellent winter family getaway. Thank you.

Enjoyable and Comfortable

Very comfortable home with all modern amenities and in a great neighborhood. Large fenced in back yard perfect for our 2 small dogs. 5 minutes from Pinetop Lakes Golf Course. Would love to make a return visit one day. Could comfortably accommodate another 2 people if we have friends who would want to join us.

Getway in Pinetop

Loved getting away from the heat of Phoenix for a few days in Pinetop. The house was great except for not having AC when the temps are in the 80's! Would rent again!
