Departamento de 1 recámara completamente equipado. El mismo cuenta con 1 cama Queen Size en la habitación principal. Hay una 2da habitación (que puede rentarse por separado o en conjunto) con 2 camas matrimoniales. Ambas habitaciones cuentan con TV y un amplio y luminoso ventanal con salida al balcón. En la sala se encuentra una TV y un cómodo sillón que puede convertirse en cama. En la cocina, podrán preparar riquísimos desayunos y comidas en un amplio y luminoso espacio, equipado con microondas, horno, estufas/hornallas eléctricas, utensilios, cuchillos, ollas y sartenes.

La conexión a internet en el departamento es TotalPlay fibra óptica..

El acceso al departamento se realiza por medio de una app en el celular. Es muy importante contar con batería en todo momento para evitar imprevistos. El condominio cuenta con gimnasio, alberca en el rooftop, seguridad las 24h y estacionamiento subterráneo.

Para rentas mayores o iguales a 28 días, el pago de la electricidad se realiza por separado. Al momento del check in se hará una medición y al momento del checkout se realizará otra para calcular el consumo durante la estancia. Luego se calculará el monto a pagar desde la app de CFE.
