Welcome to your home away from home! This newly decorated, family-friendly ground-floor condo is located in the beautiful Bahama Bay Resort. Enjoy a fantastic location on a beautiful 70-acre resort with four swimming pools, six hot tubs, a kids splash pad, a clubhouse, a sauna, a spa, a tennis court, a playground, shuffleboard, a restaurant, and two bars. There are two ponds with walking paths and Lake Davenport, plus a beach overlooking Lake Davenport. You'll love being within roughly 15 minutes of Walt Disney World and minutes from Margaritaville shopping, restaurants, and entertainment district with a water park.

Enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes upgraded appliances and extras like a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and can opener. With plenty of room to spread out, you'll love the spacious living and dining area, and you can take in the scenery from a screened balcony with tables and chairs. A private washer/dryer means you can wash clothes while watching cable TV in the living room. A crib and high chair are provided for those traveling with little ones.

The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is located poolside on the shore of Lake Davenport. With both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar with lake views - enjoy ice-cold drinks, signature burgers, and fries. The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
