We aim to provide our guests with a truly enjoyable stay. You'll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV for entertainment, a washer and dryer for your convenience, and ample parking space. We also provide a detailed guest guidebook, offering recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and more.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are a non-smoking property. If evidence of smoke (smell, butts and ashes) is inside and if there are smoking trash left outside there will be a fine.

Very quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from Downtown Charlotte. Below significant attractions are just a short drive away:

Visit the NASCAR Hall of Fame (4.5 miles): This museum celebrates the history and culture of NASCAR, featuring interactive exhibits, historic race cars, and more.

Explore Uptown Charlotte (3 miles): This bustling downtown area is home to numerous restaurants, shops, museums, and galleries, as well as beautiful parks and public spaces.

Tour the Mint Museum (3.5 miles): Located in Uptown Charlotte, the Mint Museum features an impressive collection of art and design from around the world, as well as rotating exhibits and special events.

★ We will work with you to ensure checking in and checking out is convenient. The only time we cannot be flexible is if someone else is checking in or out on the same day

This home is pet friendly to dogs with paid pet fee. For guests with service dogs please let us know ahead of time so that we can mark it on your booking. We may ask: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Please also be aware that while we do not require a pet fee for service dogs upfront, if the service dog in question is not properly potty trained we may require a fee to be paid for carpet or furniture cleaning afterwards.
