Fireside #320 is a south facing one bedroom unit overlooking Mount Morrisey. It is located in the heart of the resort village and is close to shops, restaurants, and amenities. This unit has a spacious bedroom with a king bed, wall mounted TV, and a large closet to fit all your belongings. The open concept floor plan includes your kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay and the living area includes a cozy rock faced gas fireplace with a mounted TV above. Added benefits include a common outdoor hot tub, heated underground parking, ski storage, and quick and easy ski-in ski-out access to Tod Mountain. This space truly has everything you could ask for in a home away from home.

Lovely view, cozy vibe!
The property was exactly as advertised, and our communications with the owners were terrific. Sun Peaks is a wonderful destination and this property was located right in the heart of the village. Great vibe. The only challenge was the every-morning visit from the garbage truck and snow-plows, 5:30am sharp, in the main lodge entryway. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time. The unit was clean and tidy, and it was well equipped for our week's stay.
