Vaca Stay

Very nice and clean studio. Great location to be able to walk to all the neat eateries and shops. Short drive to the Sponge Docks, Sunset Beach, local Breweries and shopping. Felt very safe at this location. Chris was great to work with if we needed anything he was on top of it.

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was walking distance to so much! Bars/restaurants and a few shops were just blocks away. Newer kitchen and bathroom were great. Bed was comfortable and there was a space heater, which we needed. Chris was available by text or phone for any questions or problems.

Great Location!

The location of this place is within walking distance of many great cafes, restaurants, antique stores, and the Bayou, our favorite place and the main reason we go there for Christmas Eve, Tarpon Springs' heartwarming holiday tradition. In my opinion, this studio is ideal for a couple. The area is quiet.

My wife of 26 years and I grew up in this beautiful area. It is a beautiful area to live and we want to share with all that venture to this part of the country.

Why they chose this property

This home was built in 1925 and we have worked with the original structure to keep as much of that history as possible while providing updated amenities and comfort in this beautiful historical Florida home.

What makes this property unique

This home provides a great combination of being in the center of downtown, all the niche shops and a nice retreat to relax while spending time in Florida. The water is just a couple blocks away where you can watch manatees year round almost at all times at the Spring Bayou and attend many events happening all around you.
