The Space:
Resort-Style Clubhouse includes:
Kids water park, lazy river, fitness center, Tiki bar & fireplace lounge, outdoor courts, and video arcade. The resort's sparkling resort style pool also includes a water slide for everyone to enjoy!

This beautiful newly renovated 2 story townhome has 2 living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. These areas include large plush couches with flat screen smart TV’s on both floors.

The townhouse includes 7 TVs, 6 of which have cable - you can also enjoy your favorite streaming service with any of our 3 Smart TVs. Looking for more entertainment? Check out our air-conditioned, LED-lit Super Mario World Game Room located IN THE GARAGE next to the patio - we have a Foosball table, Air Hockey table and arcade games likes Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga! You'll also find a brand new Playstation 5 and various board games (Monopoly, Clue, Battleship, etc.) in our upstairs loft.

This space includes a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and kitchenware to make you feel right at home. This home sleeps 13 people comfortably, with 8 beds (see details below). We do have a pack n play available upon request, please let us know prior to your stay so we can have our cleaners get it ready for you with clean sheets included!

2 designated parking spots and parking on street is allowed only if not blocking any other car and not on sidewalk/grass. Walking distance to clubhouse!

Outside: 1/2 bath-next to pool

Enjoy a nice private meal on the pool deck or simply relax on the lounge chairs next to our private swimming pool with optional heating. Optional pool heat is available for $30/day + tax. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April. The pool is in our screened patio which is surrounded by string lights and includes a newly added grass wall that makes for a perfect family and friend photo ops.

When you stay in our home you will have full access to our clubhouse which includes a heated pool, playgrounds, cabanas, tiki hut, bars, Whirlpool Spa, Sports fields such as tennis and volleyball courts, a gym, and much more! The pool area includes a lazy river, cabana rentals, hot tubs, and water slides! The pool is heated year round to 86 degrees Fahrenheit and the tub is heated to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Guests that stay in our home will also have full access to multiple sports courts as well as a game and arcade room. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat-the tiki bar by the pool serves full pool side dining.

The entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home!

Also, as our guest, you will have full use of all of the amenities at Windsor at Westside Resort.

The gate to enter the property is automatic and you will NOT NEED a code (for now at least) to enter the neighborhood or the clubhouse. We will send you your direct code to get into the property in your messages upon booking. If you plan arriving earlier then check-in time (4pm), feel free to visit our clubhouse which you will have complete access to!
