Our home is a fun and beautiful ranch located in this quiet and friendly neighborhood of the highly sought after Mosley Park Historic District, near the Beltline and Belwood Quarry.
Our home is a 3 bed and 2 full bath with a pool table for entertainment. Each room has its own TV. Our home has 2 futon beds and an extra air bed for more accommodations. The Home features a big fenced in backyard with a fire pit and complimentary parking. Our home is the perfect playground for young families. Guy's/Girl's trips are also welcome as we are Conveniently located Near Atl Major New Development Bellwood Quarry, Trails, Parks, Shopping, Restaurants, & just 3 miles from Downtown Atlanta, Mercedes Benz Stadium & State Farm arena.

If I could've only uploaded all of the pictures.They would explain it better than 1500 characters

Front picture window has a crack across entire window.The wood railing around the front cement/brick landing NOT attached to home. It's FREE moving and if someone leaned on it, it would give way. The home is older and has been "redone". All of the trim around doors, door ways, and windows have been repainted so many times that the paint that was peeling off any of these surfaces was just painted over until it stuck to the trim itself. The walls were patched, definitely not sanded before paint. Holes in the wood floor were filled with white tissue paper. Hall bathroom ceiling sagging, peeling, and cracked around the ceiling corners. Tub has gross black mildewed and missing grout. No potholders,baking pans,spatulas,normal sized spoons, or cleaning supplies.There was 1 dish cloth with a hair hanging from it and a stinky soured sponge left in the sink. The backdoor brick steps, left side, railing was also FREE moving.We spotted broken glass liquor bottle scattered on brick path and out into the yard. Large cement steps on side of the home going down to the garage,rotten railing around it and a rotten sagging roof over it. There's a trash can and large plastic drop cloth at the bottom of stairs. After discussing our stay with a client who also lists with VRBO she advised me to contact the host and see if we could receive some compensation.Host wanted to know why we didn't contact her when we arrived. I explained we didn't see all the safety & other issues when we 1st arrived.

Georgia Aquarium

The location was just a 15 min uber ride to the Georgia Aquarium. The place was very neat and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Just a note if you are terrified of bees, there are a lot of bumblebees hanging out on the front porch.
