This beautifully decorated pool house is prepared with all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. The home features a large driveway, a super private fenced-in backyard with a  screened-in patio, with lots of seating, and a electric Traeger BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house offering 5 spacious bedrooms (2 MASTER EN-SUITES), 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room with smart TV, board games, and a pull-out sofa, and a large dining room with a gorgeous dining table for 12. A Chef's kitchen with all the essentials, and a dedicated fully equipped laundry area.

***We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.***

Your host has provided an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.. In addition to regular towels, the host also supplies beach towels. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies, be prepared for a food and supply trip to the multiple grocery stores nearby.

Parking is only available on the driveway. A MAXIMUM of two off-street parking spaces ARE available. Please DO NOT park on the lawn.

• For the protection of your belongings, luggage drop-off isn’t allowed. The cleaning crew cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ belongings. Thank you for understanding!

• Number of guests in your reservation must be an accurate count. Should that number change before arrival, the reservation must be updated to reflect the correct number. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS TWENTY. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the guest maximum is exceeded.

• The primary booking party must be a minimum age of 24 years old. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the guest does not meet the age minimum.

• The entire house and property are designed and set up for guests on vacation who want to feel at home. There are no shared spaces or amenities, and it is entirely private.

• In the coldest winter months the pool can be difficult to swim in as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30s and 40s that can last for several days.
