This home sits on a sunny piece of property one mile south of Payette Lake, where Rotary Park awaits with a family-friendly swimming beach, playground, and picnic area. You'll also be only two miles from restaurants, breweries, and shops in the heart of downtown McCall, three miles from the McCall Golf Club, and less than four miles from Ponderosa State Park. Come winter, it's a straight shot to Brundage Mountain Resort nine miles north.

This a beautiful place to spend time outdoors, with the covered back porch offering a gas grill, outdoor furnishings, and a view of the surrounding woodlands. There's even a firepit in the backyard for starry evenings spent roasting s'mores and telling ghost stories.

Inside, find an open living space with lofty ceilings, plentiful windows, and a gas fireplace to toast your toes at the end of the day. Prepare your favorite meals in an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gather for dinners and board games at the dining room table, and stream movies late into the evenings on the living room TV. There's also a second TV in the primary suite, the en suite bathroom of which comes complete with a soaking tub.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
