Beach Stay with 2 couples and 2 one year olds

My husband and I stayed here with our one year old and another couple and their baby. The condo was plenty big with lots of seating and room for the kids to play. The condo is a quick elevator ride (when working) down to the beach access, and close proximity to restaurants and grocery. There is a small grocery mart across the street that was extremely convenient for quick grabs. I’m giving 4 stars for a few reasons. Only one elevator was working, and it went out a few times- not so great carrying beach stuff/babies/groceries up 5 flights of stairs. There was only 1 parking pass included with the property. One additional was available at a $25 charge. If 3 couples stayed with 3 different cars, not sure what one would do with the 3rd car. In one of the queen rooms, the mattress sank in the middle making it extremely hard for 2 people to sleep. Our friends had to sleep in separate beds. In the master, we had our 1 year old in the room with us which turned out to be pretty rough with the sheer curtains and sun coming up at 5:45.. Overall, we would stay here again.
