FOOD:
• As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

POOL HEATER:
• Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that's offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate with a minimum of 2 consecutive days.
• Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)

TRASH DISPOSAL:
• Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

The bedding was filthy, hair all over the sheets on multiple beds. No TP or soap in any bathrooms!

When taking possession of townhouse we found the residence in substandard condition as far as cleanliness and common amenities and in this condition should not have been rented to anyone. The rental management company 407 VHR did not include a welcome kit as advertised in the listing nor did they provide any toilet paper. We found an abundance of hair all over the bed sheets on 4 different beds and sent many multiple pictures to both Vrbo Customer Service and 407 VHR upon request on 3/24/2024. Once we got in, I called 407 VHR emergency number again to complain about the hair found all over the sheets on all the beds and complain to the rental company that they did not have any toilet paper in the entire townhouse and my call went to voicemail, so I left a message with my contact info and relevant complaints asking if there was another rental that was available and clean? I called again and I could not get a hold of anyone at 407 VHR using their emergency extension, so I called Vrbo and spoke to a customer service agent and they requested photo proof. While on the call with Vrbo I received multiple calls from 407 VHR and we finally connected. For the inconvenience of lost time and the fact that we had to put forth the effort to clean the place ourselves while on vacation. We have ask to get some reimbursement and have not received any response whatsoever?

As advertised

Had a great short stay. Place was very clean and exactly as advertised in the pictures. I loved that it had two king suites and the beds were super comfy. Lots of bathrooms which was nice since it was a multi family stay. We would definitely stay here again.
