Tucked away in sought after Laguna Beach, that sits roughly 5 miles from Rosemary Beach to the West and 5 miles from Pier Park to the East and is widely regarded as the best, safest, and least crowded section of the Emerald Coast. Beach access is never crowded, plenty of room to spread out and enjoy.

NO PETS! Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property! Any traces will result in an appropriate charge to the card on file and eviction with no refund.

NO SMOKING or Vaping! Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including on balconies. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited.

Easy walk to beach access!

This property was clean and spacious and equipped with everything needed for a beach stay. It’s a short walk to the beach and the wagon made it convenient to carry coolers and chairs. There are plenty of restaurants a short drive away or the space has everything needed to cook in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A hidden gem

My husband and I stayed at this house for our honeymoon and were sad to leave! It’s beautifully decorated and within walking distance to the beach. The showers and beds were wonderful and had all the amenities we could ever need! We would definitely stay again.

Clean and Spacious and Relaxing

Wonderful beach house! It is a very spacious ranch with many different "spots" to read, take a nap, sit and chat or just have a minute to yourself. The house is casual with great attention to the decor, which we enjoyed. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfy beds and the bunk room was a hit for our teenage daughter who had it to her self. We did have an issue with the number of bathrooms, as the before mentioned teenager spends ALOT of time getting ready, and she used the hall bath. The other bathroom is an ensuite with the smaller queen room which our older daughter used. Would have been nice to have an ensuite bathroom in the king room, just for convenience. But definitely not a huge deal. The outdoor shower was such a joy after a hot sandy day at the beach. No need to bring any beach items as the house has it covered...umbrellas, chairs, toys and even a wagon to pull it all to the beach. It was very hot the week we were there, so the only suggestion we would make is to install a ceiling fan in the main living area to circulate the AC better. Fun and relaxing vacation for us all.
