Outside, you'll love relaxing on the expansive deck with a gas grill, comfortable outdoor seating, and an outdoor dining table. It also features a lush, flat green lawn for outdoor games or a soft slope on the north side of the property for sledding in the winter months. This home is the perfect headquarters for your action-packed mountain vacation. You are sitting on the Teton River for fly fishing/water sports/waterfowl hunting, and it is close to three world-class ski resorts, countless year-round outdoor activities, award-winning restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, theater performances, live music, and more. The house is located equidistantly from the towns of Driggs and Victor for dining out and grocery shopping.
Privately set on ten acres your 4,000-square-foot home was designed with entertaining in mind. You'll be taken in by the beautiful, spacious, open-concept living area as soon as you walk in. Relax on the plush sofa or one of the lounge chairs while you enjoy the ambience of the gas fireplace. Watch your favorite shows on the 65"' UHD smart TV with HD cable (a quick connection to your Netflix, Hulu, or Prime accounts) or the 55' UHD smart TV with HD cable in the bonus upstairs loft. The living rooms' high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows looking over rive and towards the Tetons add natural light to an already gorgeous vaulted ceiling mountain room.
You'll feel at home in the gourmet kitchen just a few steps from the living area. Featuring abundant kitchen counter seating and a well-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and accessories - you may even be convinced to stay in!
The open-concept living area makes it easy for your appointed chefs to socialize in the dining area, which is located directly off the kitchen and includes a designer dining table. There is bonus seating at the kitchen bar should one elect to be less formal. A high chair and a Graco collapsible crib are available upon request.
The primary bedroom has a 42" UHD smart TV and mouthwatering views of the Teton Mountain Range, Big Hole Mountains, and Teton River. It includes French doors to the outside, which lead directly to the deck for stargazing and sunlight/moonlight mingling. In addition, there is an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and double walk-in closets. All the bedrooms feature luxury mattresses with all-new bedding, down comforters, and handmade western log home bed frames. All the bedrooms have full bathrooms just outside the doors and include double vanities.
If you need to work during your stay, the home includes high-speed WiFi and two office desks for remote work.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
