Faulty Lock

Key code lock did not work so I was unable to lock up when going out to eat or sight see. Had to pack all my stuff back in car each time & then bring it all back in for the evening. Contacted property owner 3 times but lock was never corrected during my stay. Key lock was in bad condition when I arrived. Hopefully no one else stays there & has to endure not having a secure lock on the door.

Less Than

At check-in, the lock was different than described so the code didn’t work. The cleaning gal was next store, so she let us in. It took time every time we communicated with the property manager, which turned out to be different people. There is an immediate step up into the unit which is right next to the corner of the bed, so we had to move the bed lest anyone fall into the step down when coming around the bed. All else was good, although tired . For the price, it was good enough and the location was good.
