After your explorations, relax in the hot tub and unwind by the fire pit. With keyless entry, check-in is a breeze, allowing you to quickly immerse yourself in the serenity of this Pocono paradise. The space:
Room 1: King-size bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, dresser and nightstands, TV
Room 2: 2 Full-size beds, writing table, closet, dresser, and nightstands, TV
Room 3: Queen size bed, 2 bunk beds, writing table, walk-in closet, dresser, and nightstands, TV
Kitchen: Comes fully stacked/equipped, cooking basics, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, silverware, etc...
Dining Room: dining table that seats 10
Bathroom: 1 full
Powder Room: 1/2 bathroom
Living Room: TV, burning fireplace, dining room, loft, library, and game area (foosball & game console)
Loft: library (books for ALL ages) and game area (foosball, board games, and game console)
Covered Deck: eating / lounging area that seats 8
Main Deck: propane grill, firepit, convertible benches,
General: Free WiFi, central heating and cooling, linens, towels, soap, cleaning materials

Other things to note:
LLV Registration: Locust Lake Village (LLV) is a private community that requires every guest to register for their stay by completing an online form. During the registration process, there is a fee of $9 per person per day for over 6 people (12y/o or older are required to register). Guests must register their vehicles for security purposes and pay a $5 parking registration fee per vehicle. Guests will need to stop by the LLV office on arrival to obtain guest bracelets which allow access to the beach/lake/playground and other amenities. The registration should be done 72 hours prior to the check-in date, there is a $25 fee for late registration.

You can bring or launch your own canoe, kayak, or paddleboards in the lakes but it needs to be registered and tagged at the office. There is a registration fee of $20 each.

Pet: We allow up to 2 pets. We do not allow cats due to allergies. We do not allow the following dog breeds: Doberman Pinscher, Pitbull, Staffordshire Terrier, German Shepherd, Belgian Shepherd, Wolf Dog, Rottweiler, Chow-Chow, Akita, and Presa Canario. Please contact us if you have more than 2 pets.

Noise: Please be considerate of our neighbors. Loud music past 10 pm will most likely be reported to the community security if it's bothering our neighbors.

Wildlife: Besides the cutest chipmunks running around we also have deer and bear sightings. Please be mindful of leaving food outside that will attract animals.
