The best way I can describe myself starts with my love for faith, family, and country. I am an U.S. veteran who enjoys traveling, learning, and meeting new people. I have also been described as an "adventure seeker," due to my passion for sports, outdoor activities (snowboarding, mountain biking, rollerskating, boating, fishing, etc.), and aviation. I have had the privilege of traveling to the majority of the major cities on earth, which has giving me a broad and caring perspective of mankind.
Why they chose this property
My wife and I chose to invest in east Delray Beach primarily because of its short walk to the beach. Our property is within a half of numerous bars, restaurants, art museums, beautiful parks and establishments offering live music. The area is also the home of many festivals and a vibrant farmers market, depending on the season. The locations is also only 20 minutes from the West Palm Beach International airport and 30 minute from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Only 30 minutes from Hard Rock stadium, and on 45 minutes to South Beach.
What makes this property unique
Ocean Beach has a number of features that separate it from other vacation rentals in the area. First and foremost, the property is was built in 1999, so it is in great condition and has a newly renovated kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. All furniture is new or new-ish. Other renovations include: new doors and windows, floors, interior and exterior paint, and a new roof. The beautiful, fully fenced in backyard allow our guests to enjoy a private and quiet outdoors space to enjoy the Florida weather.
