Aimee's House is a lovely, characterful, 2 bed room villa, in a peaceful location, with wonderful sea views from all levels. The villa has been tastefully renovated by the owners, with much thought and attention put into ensuring a great experience for guests. The villa features 2 large balconies, plus an amazing and super spacious roof terrace, which is where we are sure most guests will spend a lot of their time, either sunbathing, relaxing from the heat of the day under the shady pergola, or maybe indulging in a sun-downer, whilst taking in the wonderful un-interrupted views of Kalamar Bay and the islands at sunset.

Entrance:

Aimee's House is accessed through charming iron gates and well kept gardens.


Ground Floor:

The open plan spacious lounge/kitchen is tastefully furnished with two large sofas (ample for 4 people) a coffee table and flat screen TV and DVD player. This room is flooded with natural light from its patio doors which open onto a large terrace/balcony, where there is an outside dining area with table, chairs, separate wooden bench seating area, BBQ, and sea views.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and water cooler.

There is also a separate WC on this floor.

First Floor:

There are two bedrooms are on this floor.

The master bedroom is a good size, with a double bed, newly installed ensuite, separate vanity area, and it's own private balcony with lovely sea views.

The second bedroom is a twin, but can also be converted to a king size bed. Ideal for children or couples . This bedroom has it's own access to a separate newly installed shower room (not en-suite).

Outside Areas:

There is a stunning spacious roof terrace accessed from the second bedroom, from which stairs lead up to , it has the most amazing views over Kalamar Bay and the islands. The star of the show is the U shaped, extra large seating area (which seats up to 8!) designed for shade underneath a new pergola. There are also 2 sun loungers with comfortable cushions and side table, plus 2 bean bags at the front of the roof terrace. There is a full, uninterrupted view of the islands from the front of the roof terrace.

The large shared pool can be accessed directly from the villa.
