Kick back, relax and enjoy the breathtaking views from this stunning Playa Hermosa condo, situated just 200 meters from the beach. These unique panoramic views showcase the entire length of Hermosa Beach from the south side – a sight that can only be seen from Mariner’s Point. The unit is located right in the middle of all that Costa Rica’s Papagayo area has to offer.

It is just a short drive from Playa Ocotal, Playa Panama and Playas del Coco – and all of the restaurants, bars and nightlife that these towns have to offer. The comfortable porch has a huge gas barbeque, an outdoor sink and, of course, that incredible view of the Pacific Ocean. All 3 bedroom suites boast luxurious bathrooms, and the master suite features a Jacuzzi tub. You’ll truly find everything you could ever need or desire at this relaxing beachside villa, just 200m from the beach. Also has washer and dryer and a designated parking spot, along with its own private swimming pool and outdoor living space along with close proximity to the Condo's community pool. Great location, clean and well maintained

Really enjoyed this property for our recent stay. It’s in a perfect location to explore and do a day trip to Rincón de la Vieja (1 hour away) and multiple other sites and attractions . Always felt safe and loved the proximity to the airport. Other larger chain hotels are an hour + away. Multiple beaches close by which we loved exploring and fishing at. There is a building for sale in close proximity to this condo. It honestly did not bother us at all and it did not detract from the views. If it was operational (it’s a small boutique hotel/restaurant) it could be bothersome. Wanted to mention since I saw it in another review. Concierge helped us book a couple excursions like a deep sea fishing excursion. We went with a guide named Andy and had an amazing day of fishing. They were always available via What’s App and it was very convenient. The small pool was great, only complaint is the Infinity part didn’t work (not a deal breaker, but wanted to mention). We also had trouble lighting the grill, but we didn’t use it anyways. I used the grocery option through concierge to purchase a few things to have in the fridge. I noticed it was a bit higher priced in store, but it was was great to have a few things in the fridge when we got there. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was wonderful! Overall we really loved this place and I already miss sitting on the tastefully decorated back patio and listening to the sound of the waves!

Lovely stay in Playa Hermosa

We loved this property!! Quiet, clean, private, spacious, close to airport, hospital, groceries, etc. Very easy and informative check in and out. The view is spectacular and we loved the pool! All the amenities you need in the condo are there. There is an abandoned restaurant (for sale) and parking lot in front of the condo but it didn’t bother us at all. It actually added quiet to our stay. Only suggestion is to ensure there is no construction or new development built at the time your renting. It’s really not “gated” but the guard is in full view if someone was to pull up in front of the condo, so I believe there is some security. Good to have a car to get around and check out all the other little beaches in the area. Lovely lap pool in the main area. We will be back ! We just loved this place !

Renters beware – this pictures and description of the property don’t reflect the reality

As a long time VRBO client, I understand utilizing the rental property description and pictures maximizing the positives and minimize the negatives, but in this case the rental management company is clearly acting in a fraudulent manner. We arrived at the rental on Saturday January 4th, 2020, the main view of the condo is presented on the website as an ocean view. The misleading pictures on the website only shows half of the view from the patio of the rental unit. The other half of the patio of the rental unit is a deserted restaurant and parking lot in disrepair. The picture on the website appears to be taken from an angle to deliberately not show the parking lot and deserted restaurant. Due to concerns of international travel safety in Costa Rica, we only searched for vacation properties that were advertised as having security. Per the website listing data provided at the VRBO web link and the reviews that are posted, the description includes private security and gated community. What is not described is the lack of security for this specific rental unit. The deserted restaurant is accessible via a public road, not thru the guard gate. This created a huge concern for our safety. People could and did drive up the public restaurant access and park, get out – look inside our rental etc. Adjacent to this unsecured public parking area is an unlocked gate with direct access to our rental unit. We met with the rental management firm, Zindis Group, in an attempt to resolve these issues, move to another location, obtain a refund etc. We were told by an owner of the company there was nothing they would do to resolve our concerns regarding our safety and the misleading advertising. Over and over they mentioned their responsibility to the owners of the property to rent the unit. After another carload of people looking into the rental from the parking lot, we decided to vacate the property. Renters beware – don’t rent from this group, the last thing you need in a foreign country is a management group that does not care about their clients. Request to see the real pictures of the restaurant covering half of your “ocean view”, the parking lot etc. vs. what they post. The name of the property is Mariners Point, Costa Rica. Google for additional information, pictures etc., or message me and I will send them to you!

Es una casa excelente , tenia todo lo que ofrecía , muy cerca de la playa y cerca de restaurantes .

Una casa muy amplia , con detalles bien lujosos , una vista impresionante de la bahía de Playa Hermosa, una piscina privada con mucho espacio para pasarla bien con amigos y familia, de igual forma tiene una terraza amplia para haber BBQ. La casa estaba muy limpia y en excelentes condiciones, espero volver en cualquier momento.

Very good property. Spacious, bathroom for every bedroom, great view, nice patio and pool.

Overall experience was quite smooth, staff was very good and the property largely lived up to expectations with one exception. The third bedroom was very, very dark and a bit depressing. This was not apparent from the online photos. Check-in and check-out was problem free. Milena was particularly great!
