We have a designer kitchen, Bosch refrigerator and dishwasher, Thermidor oven and its fully stocked including spices, condiments, paper and cleaning products, etc. There is a front loading washer and dryer. There are three private bedrooms with private bathrooms. The master bedroom with king bed has a sliding door to the balcony and it’s bathroom has a bathtub/shower. The window and door have automatic storm shutters which block out sounds and light. There is an upstairs loft with two skylights is light, airy and spacious and has two queen beds and a single bed, a shower and a room with a toilet and sink. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a small recently retiled modern bathroom.
The balcony has a table which seats six and the dining room table seats eight.
There is a couch that pulls out into a full size bed, there is a comfy chair and a tv.
There is optical fiber wifi. The condo association has tennis courts, a swimming pool, an air conditioned gym and lounge chairs on the palm fringed beach and swimming pool.

The condo is two levels and it is on the third floor with a great view of the beach, the yacht club, the tennis courts and the Cowpet bay.
The condo has free parking places in front of the condo.
There is a security gate for which you get a clicker to open and close the gate when you pass through.
We strongly recommend that you rent a car.
Five minutes away is a village of Red Hook where you will find over a dozen fun and diverse restaurants and bars and two grocery stores, Moe’s and Food Center. Chelsea drug store is a well stocked Pharmacy. There is a bank, clothing and Souvenier stores. There are high end restaurants, Pubs, subway, Texas Pit BBQ, Agave Mexican restaurant, Island Time Pizza, Duffy’s Love Shack, The Eaterly, a strip Gentlemans’ Club Tootsies, a Chinese restaurant, Sushi Bar, two Burger Joints, and Ice Cream kiosk and more…
In Red Hook, there is a passenger ferry terminal that departs every hour on the hour in both directions to St. John ($14pp) . There is also a car barge where you can drive your car on and off to St. John for $50 round trip.
