Exquisite waterfront home in the exclusive family friendly Venture Out Community. Keys Island Paradise is a boaters paradise located around the corner from the marina with easy boating access leading to great fishing in the Atlantic or turn left to the rich waters of the Gulf. This home on lot 354 has fine design details and is appointed with two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The chef’s kitchen is appointed with custom trims, granite counters, and a large island. Guests love to sit on the comfortable Seatcraft power reclining furniture looking out to the east over the open waters of Kemp Channel. Premium mattress and an efficient layout make this 836 square foot home feel like the finest accommodate in the area… and our guests agree!

Great stay and beautiful decor

We had a great week! The house is very clean and has been updated. Very nice location for our family. The community area next door was a nice place to sit and see the sunrise or visit with neighbors. Kitchen is nicely equipped and had all we needed for cooking at home. Two king beds are were great. And the ceiling fans work wonderfully to help cool the unit. The bathrooms and showers are spacious with wonderful water pressure. Lighting in the bathrooms is nice and the lighted mirrors are a very nice amenity for makeup and shaving. The boat docking was easy and the patio furniture is new and nice. We were there to fish and lobster and did miss having a fish cleaning table and bait freezer. We had a lovely time and hope to stay at the house again.

Great host

Key Island Villa is a great place. Clean, modern, and great location. The host was very gracious to work with us on our arrival and departure time and communicated great. We rent about once a month in VO and we will definitely rent Key Island Villa again.
