This beautiful, newly remodeled home is located in a family neighborhood of east San Diego, and can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.
The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with a large dining room area, and 2 large living rooms.
The home boasts vaulted beamed ceilings, new designer furnishings throughout, a stocked kitchen, and large backyard with pool (not heated) and BBQ for entertaining!
The property is located within 20-30 minutes drive from most San Diego tourist attractions and beaches. There are local restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes drive from the house.
There are two granny flats with long term tenants on the sides of the house with their own entrances. They do not have access to the main house or the backyard and the pool, which is exclusively yours to enjoy.

Spring break getaway

I came with my family to explore the San Diego area during spring break. The property was very spacious. Enough room for all of us at a decent rate. The property is a little further away from some of the activities we did but thankfully the times we came and went did not interfere with too much traffic. Overall not a bad experience.

Amazing property

Fabulous property - very spacious home for our family of 4 and grandparents. 3 large bedrooms and lots of space for everyone. Pool is amazing - very kind of the host to bring by floaties for the kids to use! Attractions of San Diego in close proximity. Host is very responsive and helpful! We loved our stay a great welcoming space to come home to after a day of touring around the area - would recommend for a family vacation!

Beautiful Home and View

We used this home as a stay for groomsmen in a wedding. The house was so well renovated and nicely decorated that we were able to use it for wedding pictures of all of us and the groom getting ready. Additionally, the main reason I booked this particularly venue is because it was listed as dog-friendly. This is absolutely true. The yard was well secured and my dog had a great time. Also, for reference for other folks, my dog is a 50 pound hound-mix. So the fencing and general environment were secure enough for him. I think the property could easily handle large-size dogs as well. Lastly, Leslie was incredibly responsive and helpful. She made the trip super easy. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Excellent property in outskirts of San Diego

A really wonderful place to stay. We felt so welcomed and at home there. Karina thought of everything and was very easy to get in touch with when needed. Karina also sorted the couple of issues that came up very quickly. Large and spacious home and I would recommend it. Could do with some pegs and some baking sheets! Other than that it was very well equipped with all you could possibly think of and more!
