Serene Cozy Coastal True Blue Golf Resort with Rare Double Masters 3BR/3BA total

Relax in this beautifully furnished, serene second-story condo with vaulted ceilings and nobody above you. You have your own private stairway entrance, not shared with anyone. In the golf community with screened patio overlooking the 17th hole, only 3 miles from the beach on the gorgeous Carolina coast. You have TWO MASTER BEDROOMS with king size bed and their own attached bathroom, plus one room with two twin beds, and sofa bed. Centrally located with wonderful chef owned restaurants in the area, a foodies dream! There is live music available nearby, and centrally located to Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Savannah, Georgetown, and Charlotte for day trips. There are many shopping opportunities for new or vintage items. There is great hiking in forested areas and walking on the beach amongst tidepools.
There is only one pool and spa open in the Winter and it is the one next to this unit!!
The space
Here is the chance you have been waiting for!! Located in the highly sought after True Blue community With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Soaring vaulted ceilings in the living room combined with each room being tastefully furnished this condo gives a spacious and relaxing appeal. The kitchen is outfitted with new stainless steel appliances and will certainly be a gathering place to make new memories. The location of this unit stands above the rest. Located as an end unit, and with no one above, you will experience a sense of privacy that few other units offer.
The second master bedroom is a "lockout" across the inner hallway and is set up like a hotel room with mini fridge, microwave, and personal Keurig.

Guest access
There are 5 pools with spas and tennis and pickle ball, beach courts in the community. You have access to them all. One of the pools is just a short walk across the parking area. Tennis courts are a walk down the road, but if you are in good enough shape for tennis, no problem! Golf course is public and available to you.
Other things to note
Very quiet unit, as it shares no walls with anyone and has nobody above you. You have your own private stairway for entrance. There are 2 beach chairs provided, beach towels, boogie board, and a cooler you may borrow. If you would like to rent a set of ladies golf clubs, mine are available for $75.

Getaway

Four of us came down to Pawley's Island to visit a friend that we hadn't seen in a long time. After researching the area we chose this location and couldn't have been happier. The location was beautiful, as was the condo and it fit our needs perfectly. For the most part all instructions were clearly noted, with the exception of what to do with the laundry so we opted to do nothing. We did run the dishwasher and took out the garbage. The grounds were equally as beautiful and we took the opportunity to take walks and play pickleball. Wish we could have stayed longer but have already recommended it to friends who go down for golf outings. Thank you for living up to your reputation.

Great location in a spacious condo

Once we got past the multiple locks on the condo doors, we were sold. Very spacious condo with everything you need. The host even supplied soap, shampoo and detergent for the washer. Nicely furnished. Very responsive host.

Nice Vacation Home Pawleys Island

Vacation home fully met our expectations and was as depicted in the photos. Basic supplies and amenities were present so that we could begin our vacation without running to a store. The owner responded quickly to questions and was very courteous. We most certainly recommend this vacation home and hope to return here with another vacation.

Comfortable Condo in Golf Resort

The condo is in a very quiet community with plenty of close parking. We found the home to be clean and the furniture was comfortable. The pool was very close and was large with many chairs and tables available. The screened in porch was a nice place to sit in the afternoon after a busy day at the beach or enjoying all Pawley Island has to offer. There is a nice washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen had an adequate amount of utensils, cookware and dishes. The host makes sure your needs are met when renting their condo.

Why they chose this property

This condo community has it all. It's a golf resort with a golf school onsite, 5 different swimming pool areas, tennis and pickle ball courts, and beautiful forestry for long walks.
My unit is comfortable, beautifully decorated, fully furnished and stocked with all the amenities you need to cook and eat. Comfortable beds with extra pillows and throw blankets for snuggling on the couch.

What makes this property unique

The compliment I get most often from my guests is how peaceful my unit is. The colors and decor are calming and you are insulated from noise from the rest of the complex.
