Concert weekend

The lication was perfe t and nice place overall. Pool was dirty and needed somemirrors in guesta rooms for getting dressed but highly recommend overall

Profits over guest safety

The listing for 900 Diplomat Parkway boasts a luxurious home and updated kitchen. Our stay was riddled with many issues regarding non-working appliances. JC was responsive with service calls but it is clear that this home is not maintained proactively, but is moreso maintained in response to guest complaints. They fix/repair but do not update or replace. Days 1 through 3 had many calls due to issues with the appliances and other items. The 4th day we found bed bugs in the lower bedroom adjacent to the dining and kitchen. I immediately contacted the host and JC, JC called pest control. Pest control arrived and located a nest and many bed bugs. Our family members had bites originally thought to be mosquito bites, until we found the bed bugs. Once discovered, our family of 15 jumped into prevention mode by washing all of our clothes, bagging them to avoid exposure to our own homes and rental properties. I was asked why didn’t we call Vrbo to be reaccomodated. Imagine washing and bagging clothes of 15 people with less than 24 hours til checkout. Had we been reaccomodated to another property we would have exposed that home to bed bugs as well. Prior to leaving/ check out I notified VRBO. I have requested a full refund and proof of treatment by the owner/host because this home had bed bugs our entire stay. Upon returning to our home state, a doctor confirmed and treated the bed bug bites on my family member with the most severe exposure. It’s a week later, bites/welts persist.

Amazing just like pictures

We had an amazing family vacation with our party of 9. The heated pool was amazing the rooms were big with comfortable beds. If something goes wrong at the house the will stop by asap to fix. This house made our vacation!

Perfect place for family gatherings

Came to celebrate my 50th birthday with family and friends. Great host communication and welcome. Even though we didn't have small children, the house is fully equipped for all ages with safety features. Great for a large family. All amenities were used. Backyard with pool and dock on the water was wonderful. Very clean and spacious for everyone!
