Worse Stay Ever-Very Stressful
I would recommend no one consider staying here until home is thoroughly cleaned, kitchen stocked and maintenance completed. We specifically asked and were told we could park our trailer in driveway, but this was against HOA rules that we were never informed of. We had to move our trailer to and pay for storage. Being able to keep our trailer at the house was the primary reason we rented here.

Faulty thermostat-had to use auxiliary heat, broken screen door, unusable filthy BBQ, return air filters clogged with dirt, several burned out lightbulbs, smoke alarm battery beeped on first day, dirty countertops, dirty floors, no cleaning supplies (we stayed for a month), no kitchen towels, one bathroom hand towel in each bathroom, lack of decent cookware-mostly junk, broken yard sprinkler, broken floor lamp that was scotch taped together, broken table lamp, filthy blinds, unusable tv in main bedroom (no streaming device), dirty utensils (washed everything by hand before using), broken knob on stove, power cord to exercise bike was severed, air vents dirty, coffee pot had a bug in it-had to clean with vinegar before using, out of control weeds.
Host response: Host did respond to all issues, but not all were corrected. Housekeeper came to reclean, give us more towels, toilet paper, toilet cleaner and lightbulbs, air filters and batteries were replaced. All this took 5 days of sending pictures and messaging. They did refund us one day’s stay.
