Adorable row house
A doll house sized space so cozy and comfortable. The perfect place to curl up after a day if seeing the city. We enjoyed having a kitchen and the living room for a glass of wine, light breakfast and tea before bed. We will be back for sure!
Great location for PHL visitors
We wanted to visit both Independence Hall and the Art Museum district. This location is within walking distance of both. Many good restaurants near by and a Whole Foods.
Great place to stay in Philadelphia
This apartment is in a great location, near nice restaurants, theatre, and access to the metro system. We would stay here again if our travels take us to Philadelphia. Note that this is a small historic apartment. Each room is on a different floor, with a small circular staircase (kitchen on the lowest, ground floor, then living room, first bedroom and on the top floor the second bedroom). Thanks to Ryan for being a great host.
The house was a really cute space. It was very clean and in a great location. There's a convenience store located just a block away. The full kitchen was very convenient. Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit.
This place is small and, as us noted in the owner’s description, NOT for anyone with mobility issues—definitely these are stairs that require caution. Beds were comfortable. The setting is cozy and it was built in the 1870s—not a slick or sleek place but we had a great stay and a coffee place was just a block away.
Located in one of Philadelphia's most historical sections we are just a short walk to City Hall, the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall as well as numerous other historical sites and monuments.
