1 BLOCK FROM THE UNITED CENTER. COME STAY AT A TOP 3 AIRBNB IN CHICAGO. Must see newly renovated, one of a kind 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with a private garage and spacious rooftop deck. This turn key home is loaded with fantastic features and upgrades throughout including: tobacco hardwood floors, designer stainless steel appliances, soaring 12ft ceilings, full wet bar, and security system.

The Space:
Upon entry you will be greeted by the main living space with a spacious dining area next to your chef's kitchen that's fully equipped.

Past the kitchen you can enjoy entertaining in the family room which includes a balcony and a 65 inch HD TV with a sound-bar.

Moving to the second floor, once you reach the top of the floating iron stair case with 3 inch walnut treads you will find 3 large bedrooms with 2 full baths. Master includes a gorgeous custom bathroom with a 2 person jetted tub which includes lights, music and a waterfall, a bidet, custom floor to ceiling California Closet, and generous sized bedroom drenched in natural light. Galley style laundry area rounds out the Upper Level.

The fully-finished Lower Level includes a large family/rec room, wetbar, full bath & bedroom.

1200 sqft heated private garage with 22 by 14 garage doors which will allow a semi rig to fit. 4 parking spaces, plenty of storage space, and a half bathroom.

Nothing feels more like summer time Chi than a beautiful large roof top deck which makes outdoor entertaining easy!

Guest Access:
Guests will access the home via an entry code to the garage door and then a lockbox inside of the garage for access to the home.

Walking distance to the Green & Blue lines, CTA Buses, blocks to the United Center, Pete's Fresh Market, the Hospital District, UIC, just minutes to Fulton market and only 10 minutes to the loop and easy access to I-290.

We would suggest driving, ubering, or public transportation

We have a full exterior surveillance system that surrounds the home and garage. The front of the home is fenced in with a lockable gate. The garage can fit 5-6 cars and is heated with a half bathroom.

Great place to stay

My host Josh was absolutely great . He response to your message quickly . He was so understanding and patient .it was easy to check and easy to check out . The home is beautiful , also of space and beautiful decor . The master bedroom bathroom absolutely beautiful

Great Fine!

We stayed at this beautiful home with my family and friends. We rented the place for 2 days for a family and friend's birthday dinner. We had about 16 people over for dinner and 8 people stayed the night. We loved the place and truly enjoyed our stay. The location was great and had pretty good privacy. There was plenty of space and access was simple. I would recommend this place and would stay again.

Great house for large group

We had a group.of 15 guys and was perfect for us for the weekend. There isnt much within walking distance but ubers were easy to come by. Very clean and comfortable house for 15 grown men

Wedding weekend

My husband and I got married the weekend we stayed at this home and it was really great. The home is as beautiful and functional as the photos make it look! We had our bridesmaid and groomsmen get ready with us in the house and it worked very well. The location of the house is just OK. We didn’t realize it was next to a convenience store which had patrons coming in and out a lot, but otherwise was fine. We also were not able to use the front gate when we would get back to the property so we had to walk around through an alley to the garage. This didn’t feel super safe but since the owner did not text us back, we had no other choice. Outside of those 2 things, we really did love our stay. If you’re getting married on the west side, it’s a great location for meeting, staying etc!
