The Palm offers a quaint condo for four, to enjoy comfort and style in the king bed, relax on the balcony, and explore all the amenities! You will be within walking distance to many restaurants & shops. Updated & fully stocked with everything you could need and more! We love pets but we are a pet free condo. This condominium offers a beach walkover, 2 pools (1 heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard, gym, grill area & in a gated community. Welcome to your oasis in the palms!

Enter and be welcomed by the full kitchen, living, and dining space all thoughtfully decorated and well equipped for your vacation. Walk out to the balcony for al fresco dining, and a comfortable lounging area. This is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or happy hour cocktails.

Comfortable memory foam king bed, spacious closet, and streaming tv.

Living Room-
New pullout queen sleeper for additional guests

Full bathroom has an entry from the hall or bedroom. Shower is a walk in with brand new tile, washer and dryer in the unit as well. Unit has all you need including an ironing board, iron, and beach chairs.

This unit is on the 3rd floor, no elevator is available.

All the condo is for use by the guest, aside from one small owner's closet.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

* No boats, RVs/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed.
