This house is brand new construction. It sleeps 6 comfortably. Upstairs bedroom has an ocean view from the bed and a deck you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on. The house boasts luxe finishes like marble counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoy your day in the coastal Maine towns of Camden, Rockport and Rockland, just a short drive away or drive approximately 1 hour to the Bar Harbor area and Acadia National Park, and come back to cozy up in the large living room in front of the gas fire place. The dining room table seats up to 6 with extra seating at the island. Each bedroom has its own heat pump which produces heat and air conditioning. This property has a full bathroom upstairs and on the main level. There is a clothes washer and dryer in the basement and exterior cameras for security.

Fantastic location in Searsport

This property was fantastic. The home had a beautiful view of the water. The owners included many amenities that made our stay so comfortable - a well equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, comfortable deck furniture plus much more. Communication was excellent and check-in/check-out was smooth. This is a great place to stay!

very quiet vacation property

Beautiful Maine House

This house is new but it has all the things that make it seem like it’s been there longer. It is comfortable and we wanted for nothing. The kitchen is awesome as is the view. We are definitely planning to come back. Thank you.

Maine Getaway

Lovely home with very nice furnishings. The kitchen was supplied with a great assortment of pots, pans, glasses and dishes. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out at the bay. The fireplace was a nice touch. We enjoyed our trip and would recommend this home and host.
