About this property

Beautiful Hilton Head villa! This first floor unit is in a quiet gated complex just a few minutes walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Great for couples or families with numerous amenities to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Convenient parking just a few steps from the front door.
Keyless entry along with free wi-fi and cable TV. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need including a Keurig, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils and cookware for up to six guests. Towels are provided for all guests along with a washer and dryer in the unit.
Guests have access to all the complex amenities including two large outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, fitness center, playgrounds, outdoor grills and bike racks next to each building - why drive when you can bike around the island on the numerous bike paths!

The storage unit on the patio contains beach chairs, wagon, beach toys, a cooler and umbrella.

Great condo and location!

The condo was very nice, very clean. Had all the amenities needed to be able to enjoy meals that we prepared. Short walk to the beach was a huge plus! Very nice complex. Had great communication with the owners prior to our stay and though we had no concerns during our stay, I’m sure they would have been addressed promptly. It seemed like there weren’t many towels, but other than that I wouldn’t change a thing!
