Bring your boat or your snowmobiles ! One of the few rentals directly on Indian Lake.
We have thought of all of the details so you don’t have to! In the heart of the Adirondack Park, Indian Lake is 12 miles long, has dozens of islands with 90% of the shoreline preserved
New owners with many new updates, this 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom home has lakefront access perfect for families. Sleeps a total of 7 people comfortably. The lake sits about 300 feet from the front door. The lakefront area is very large with unobstructed views. There is a large sandy beach area with a floating dock perfect for swimming. Canoes and Kayaks are provided. There is also a dedicated boat slip that comes with the house. There are also several private sitting areas overlooking the lake. The lakefront is a shared space with 3 other homes.
The home also has a screened in porch with plenty of seating for enjoying meals and just relaxing.
If you are a snowmobiler this is the home for you. Park your sleds at the front door and ride right onto the lake.
We have thought of all of the details so you don’t have to! Linens and towels are provided. New washer and dryer. All the comforts of home.

Enjoyable stay

Beautiful place - perfect for an adk week with small children!

We spent a week here with my parents and two small children. The space was clean with lots of living space - perfect for unpredictable Adk weather. We ate 90% of our meals on the screened in porch which was lovely. Feels like you're in a treehouse. The lake is a short walk down a hill (note - steep if anyone has mobility issues). Small, stony swim area so bring your water shoes. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains.

Vacation on Indian Lake

Quiet Lakefront Cabin - Perfect for One Family

Our family stayed in this very clean 3 BR cabin during a long Presidents' Day weekend. The property is about 5-10 minutes from the small town of Indian Lake, where there are a few good restaurants and small stores to pick up essentials for a short stay. We skied two days at Gore Mt., which is about 25-30 min away. This is a great place to go if you want some quiet time away and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The cabin faces Indian Lake and the views are incredible. It is set back from the water a bit but there appears to be direct lake access. It was a perfect size for our family with three kids (pre-teen and teen). There are two BR on the main floor (total of 3 beds), and a gigantic master BR upstairs. The hosts, Erica and Walter, reached out ahead of time with helpful information about the house and surrounding area. Check-in and check-out were super easy.
